Private team workspace

Upload references inside your signed-in workspace. CSV and JSON imports create editable plays; PDFs and images need coach mapping and approval.

Individual team access

Each program has separate playbooks and results. Staff and athletes join through private, expiring invitations controlled by the coach.

Export and deletion

Coaches can export results and program data, deactivate members, and request reviewed deletion. Finalize school data terms before using student records.
