WYG Service Terms

Last updated August 23, 2026

Authorized use

WYG provides a private football teaching and assessment workspace for authorized teams. The organization creating a program represents that it may provide the content and account information it submits and will use WYG consistently with school policy and applicable law.

Accounts and team administration

Users must protect their team code, username, PIN, invitations, and recovery codes. Program owners control invitations, staff roles, athlete activation, retention settings, exports, and deletion requests. Coaches must invite only people authorized to access the team workspace and promptly deactivate access that is no longer needed.

Team content and student data

The customer retains ownership of its playbooks, terminology, uploads, and athlete records. The customer grants WYG the limited right to host and process that content only to operate, secure, support, maintain, and improve the contracted Service. Student data is not used to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model.

Acceptable use

Users may not bypass access controls, inspect another program’s data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, share invitations with unauthorized people, or use WYG to harm or unlawfully monitor a student.

Service and results

WYG supports coaching instruction but does not replace coach judgment, medical guidance, eligibility decisions, or required School supervision. Route matching and scoring reflect the answer keys and tolerances approved by the team. Original answers and server scores remain preserved when a coach later records a disputed-drawing decision.

Commercial agreement

Pricing, term, support level, data-processing terms, service commitments, and liability terms should be set in the signed order or school agreement. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Suspension and termination

WYG may restrict access reasonably needed to address security, unlawful use, authorization failure, or nonpayment. At termination, authorized customers may request export and deletion subject to the signed retention schedule and documented legal holds.
