# WYG Founding-Team Pilot

## Bring one install. Prove who knows it.

WYG (“What You Got”) turns a football team’s playbook into timed, position-specific alignment and assignment tests. Athletes prove where they should line up and what they should run. Coaches see who is ready, which calls are breaking down, and what needs to be retested.

## Founding cohort

WYG is selecting five football programs for an eight-week founding-team pilot.

**Pilot fee: $750**

The full fee is credited toward the first annual team license if the program continues after the pilot. There is no automatic renewal.

## What is included

- One football team
- Up to 50 athlete accounts
- One offensive install of up to 30 plays
- Formation and assignment setup support
- Coach-defined terminology and answer keys
- Timed alignment and assignment tests
- Athlete review and retesting
- Coach readiness dashboard
- Weekly coach success check-in
- Final readiness and improvement report

## What the pilot measures

- Athlete test completion
- First-attempt versus retest improvement
- Most frequently missed formations and assignments
- Time required per rep
- Players ready for review or follow-up
- Manual testing and grading time saved for staff
- Staff confidence and renewal decision

## Coach-controlled accuracy

Football terminology is program-specific. WYG does not decide what “Trey,” “Trips,” “Deuce,” or another call means.

The coaching staff approves:

- Formation names
- Player locations
- On-line and off-line alignments
- Position assignments
- Route landmarks
- Grading tolerances
- Timers and passing standards

The coach-approved definition becomes the answer key.

## Staff trust commitments

- The public demonstration does not store uploaded playbooks.
- Real pilot files enter the secure beta only after a written scope and data-handling agreement.
- One program’s plays, terminology, athlete information, and results will not be shared with another program.
- The production beta is designed around role-based access, result export, retention limits, and program-requested deletion.
- The pilot agreement will define ownership, confidentiality, support, success measures, and the end-of-pilot decision.

## What happens next

1. **Twenty-minute fit call**
Confirm the team level, staff workflow, position group, desired start date, and the install to be tested.

2. **Written pilot scope**
Agree on plays, users, success measures, data handling, support, fee, and schedule.

3. **Coach approval session**
WYG maps the install. The staff validates each name, alignment, assignment, and grading tolerance.

4. **Eight-week proof period**
The team runs weekly tests and concludes with a staff-owned outcome report.
