# WYG Terms of Service — School Pilot Draft

These Terms govern authorized access to WYG. A signed pilot agreement, order, or student-data addendum controls over conflicting online terms.

## 1. Authorized use

WYG provides a private football instruction and assessment workspace. The organization creating a program represents that it is authorized to provide the submitted content and account information and will use WYG consistently with school policy, its signed agreement, and applicable law.

## 2. Accounts and administration

Users must protect team codes, usernames, PINs, invitations, and recovery codes. Program owners control invitations, staff roles, athlete activation, retention settings, exports, and deletion requests. Coaches must invite only authorized people and promptly deactivate access no longer needed. Users may not share credentials or impersonate another person.

## 3. Students and school authorization

School use involving students must be approved by an authorized School representative. WYG does not transfer its own COPPA obligations to a school. A school authorization for a child under 13 applies only to the educational service used for the School's benefit and not to unrelated commercial purposes.

## 4. Customer content

The customer retains ownership of playbooks, terminology, uploads, rosters, and athlete records. The customer grants WYG a limited right to host and process that content only to deliver, secure, support, maintain, and improve the contracted Service. WYG does not acquire ownership of School Data.

## 5. Acceptable use

Users may not bypass access controls; inspect another program's information; disrupt or reverse engineer the Service except where law permits; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; expose private invitations; use WYG to unlawfully monitor or discriminate against a student; or submit unnecessary sensitive student data.

## 6. Test results

WYG supports coaching instruction. It does not replace coach judgment, required School supervision, eligibility decisions, medical guidance, or safety protocols. Scores reflect the coach-approved answer key and tolerance stored with that exact play and test version. Original submitted answers and server grades remain preserved; later coach review is recorded separately.

## 7. Privacy and security

School Data is governed by the Privacy Policy and any signed student-data addendum. WYG uses reasonable safeguards and service providers described in its Security Summary and Subprocessor List. Users must report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

## 8. Service, support, and changes

Pilot support follows the School Contact and Support Process. Planned material changes to student-data practices require notice and, where required, School authorization. WYG may make immediate changes to protect security or service integrity.

## 9. Fees

Fees, invoices, taxes, renewal, and cancellation are stated in the signed order or pilot agreement. WYG will not collect payment information from student accounts.

## 10. Suspension and termination

WYG may restrict access reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, authorization failure, or nonpayment. At termination, the School may export data and direct return or deletion according to the signed schedule. Termination does not erase provisions that must survive, including ownership, confidentiality, payment, liability, and student-data duties.

## 11. Warranties and liability

Applicable warranties, disclaimers, liability caps, excluded damages, indemnification, insurance, governing law, and dispute terms must be completed in the signed School agreement by counsel. Nothing in these online Terms reduces a right or obligation that cannot legally be waived.
